Integrating Body, Mind & Intention

This workshop will empower you to achieve lasting health and wellness goals. What sets this workshop apart is our emphasis on stress and time management, recognizing the significant impact these factors have on overall well-being.

We understand that each individual may have different goals, such as:

  1. Achieve or maintain weight loss
  2. Get refreshing sleep
  3. Cut down sweets
  4. Cut down medications
  5. Manage sugar and cholesterol levels for overall health

Each session will begin with practicing yoga, exercise, pranayama and meditation (45 minutes).  Interactive Zoom breakout sessions will provide personalized support and foster a supportive community environment.  Theme based discussions and resources will be shared.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Practical guidance on regulating sleep, diet and activity
  • The latest health and wellness updates (e.g. new research says high levels of stress speed up the aging process)
  • Tools to build sustainable, healthy routines based on YOUR goals
  • A 90-day wellness check-in plan (available after June 1st)

Dr. Reshma

Dr. Reshma will be sharing her expertise and insights in cultivating sustainable routines that support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.  She is a Psychiatrist & Wholistic (no, it’s not misspelled!) Wellness consultant in the Washington, DC area. You will be delighted to meet her!

Saturdays – May 4th, 11th, 18th & June 1st: 10:00 – 11:30 am ET
Wednesdays – May 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th: 6:30 – 8:00 pm ET
